Parent participates with child. Learn the basics of self-confidence, listening and following directions as well as movement, coordination, balance, strength and fitness. Monthly lesson plans incorporate themes and fun activities.
TOTS
Age: 3 - 4 Years Old
50-Minute Class
Tuition: $88 - 4 Week Session
Tots learn gymnastics terminology, positions and basic gymnastics skills on tots-sized equipment. Lesson plans are updated monthly with fun themes and activities.
Tots gain self confidence while learning to listen and follow directions as well as body awareness in movement, coordination, balance, strength and fitness.
